What is SEP?
SEP UK is a two-week Christian activity camp which takes place on the banks of Loch Lomond in Scotland each summer.

How do I apply as a camper?

How do I apply as a staff member?
Application forms will be available from this website soon. To register your interest in camp, please email admin@sepuk.org. We are particularly keen to receive applications from qualified instructors and certified electricians, plumbers, gas engineers and experienced catering professionals.

How old do I have to be to apply as a camper?
Campers range in age from 12-17.  In some exceptional circumstances 11-year-old applicants will be considered.

How much does SEP cost?
Camper fees for SEP 2008 are £190, including VAT if applying before 30 April 2008.
Applications after this date will be subject to fees of £220 including VAT.

What if I can’t afford the fee?
SEP has a limited number of financial scholarships available to campers in need. If you cannot afford the full camper fees, please do contact us.

Who attends SEP?
Up to 170 young people from around the UK and overseas. Campers come from organizations including churches, youth groups or are simply friends and/or relatives of previous campers.

Do you have to be a Christian to attend SEP?
No. SEP is Christian in ethos and teaching but is non-denominational and campers are not required to be committed Christians. All campers are however expected to attend daily worship services and several Christian living classes.

Who sponsors SEP?
SEP UK is sponsored by the Worldwide Church of God. [LINK to WCG UK] We also receive donations from private individuals, other churches, commercial organizations, as well as gifts-in-kind.

When is the deadline for applications and when will I know if I’ve been accepted? 
The deadline for the early booking discount fee is 30 April 2008, however applications can be received until shortly before SEP begins. Successful applicants will be informed within three weeks of receipt of their application.
