Privacy Policy

USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

SEP UK is run by Worldwide Church of God (WCG) and we will use your information to provide the services requested, i.e. attending SEP as a staff member or camper.

We will only share the information outside of WCG when required to for the operational running of SEP and if required to do so by law.

All information provided will be treated as confidential. It is necessary for us from time to time to share personal data on a confidential basis with other bodies, e.g. our insurers, the camp site and activity providers. We may need to do this for our insurance of SEP and to meet the logistical requirements at camp.

SEP UK will retain your information for only as long as is necessary for legal and insurance purposes, after which it will be securely disposed of. WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We only keep your data for as long as we need it or are required to for legal reasons. We'll then either delete it or anonymise it so it doesn't identify you. As an organisation we do not share your details with any third parties (unless legally required too) or sell your data. Safeguarding your privacy is important to us and we use a combination of industry standard methods to protect it.

We would also like to contact you with updates about SEP and future camps. To consent to us contacting you for this purpose please use the subscribe form on the bottom of our website.

YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL

Any electronic information sent to you will have a clear, one-button 'unsubscribe' option should you wish us to cease contacting you. You can also email us at admin@sepuk.org should you wish us to cease contacting you.

Photography Policy

SEP UK has a strict photography/video policy on site where Visitors may take photos of the general site and scenery, excluding children and vulnerable adults and parents may take photos of their own children on their own. Other campers may not be present in the photo/video.

Pictures are only permitted to be taken by official SEP photographers and all pictures shared on our official social media and web site are taken by our official photographers for our campers and staff to share SEP memories and to give potential campers and staff an idea of what SEP is like.

We value your privacy in respect of all photos displayed and you are within your rights to make a request for us to remove any photo we have displayed of you. If you could put this request in writing via either direct message on our social media pages or by emailing the request to admin@sepuk.org. Please state in your message the date and where the picture is located so that we can comply with your request in a timely manner.
